Viennese Pie

2 eggs
2-3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Vanilla sugar
200 grams of any jam
200 g butter
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Sour cream

Beat eggs with sugar and butter until white. Add vanilla, cream, baking powder and flour to make a thick dough. Divide the dough into two portions: one bigger than the other. Lay out the large portion in the baking dish while the small portion cools. On top of the large portion, spread jam and then grate the small portion. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
