Tomato Dish

1. 2 tomatoes
2. Parmesan cheese 200-250 grams
3. Rosemary
4. 1 egg

Cut the tomatoes into slices (5-7 mm), grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and whip the egg with a fork. ┬áPut the tomatoes on a baking sheet, coated with eggs, salt, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and spread the cheese on top. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes at 200’C until the cheese melts. Slightly cool and serve.
